- 30 minutes — $80 plus HST
- 60 minutes — $130 plus HST
- 90 minutes — $170 plus HST

Prenatal Massage
A supportive massage designed specifically for the changing needs of the body during pregnancy. Using comfortable positioning and pregnancy-appropriate techniques, your RMT will focus on areas of tension and discomfort while creating a relaxing and restorative experience.

Hot Stone Massage
A deeply relaxing massage incorporating the therapeutic warmth of heated stones. The gentle heat helps relax the muscles, allowing your RMT to work comfortably into areas of tension while promoting relaxation and an overall sense of well-being.

Brazilian Lymphatic Massage
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce fluid retention, and enhance the body’s natural detoxification processes. This treatment is known for its immediate contouring effect, helping to sculpt and define the body while promoting overall wellness. Using a combination of rhythmic, precise, and slightly more dynamic movements than traditional lymphatic drainage, this technique encourages the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to decrease bloating, swelling and inflammation.

RMT Payment & Insurance Information
Registered Massage Therapy services are payable by credit or debit card only; cash payments are not accepted. We do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. An official RMT receipt will be provided following your treatment, which may be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, according to your individual coverage.
