Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes).

A flat shipping fee of $20 CAD applies to orders under $200 (before taxes).

We currently ship within Ontario, Canada.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.  We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
