Refund policy

At Inner Light Beauty & Wellness, your satisfaction is important to us.  We are committed to providing exceptional treatments, professional guidance, and carefully selected products.

Spa Services

Because every treatment is personalized to your individual needs and performed at the time of your appointment, spa services are non-refundable once completed.

Retail Products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt and original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can assist you.

Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards, pre-paid packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations and/or rescheduling.  Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking policy.
